What We Do |
BananaTree
works in conjunction with established music festival
including band, chorus , orchestra and auxiliary festivals
to offer students a showcase for your group. Travel
arrangements and coordination, arranging ground
transportation, lodging, activities, meals and festival
coordination are only a few of the services we provide.
Included are planning tools for your trip and on-site
assistance as needed. We also develop custom festivals and
venues in desirable locations where these events have not
previously been offered for your group.
 BananaTree
listens to your needs and works with the director to
prepare desired activities based on group size, performance
expectations and budget to help you discover the ideal
festival and destination. We will include a list of
optional activities that you may wish to consider and
outline the costs involved. We personally inspect all
facilities to make sure they are appropriate for your groups
needs. We provide you with planning tools and maintain
communication throughout the process keeping you updated on
any deadlines and details as they occur. We are available
24/7 upon arrival and are available to you for the duration
of your trip to assist with any last minute or unexpected
occurrences.
We assemble contact information for the student and adult
members of your group and enclose organized spreadsheets
with this information prepared for you and your chaperones
upon arrival. BananaTree’s professional staff will be in
contact with you upon arrival and remain available to you
for the duration of your trip to assist with any last minute
or unexpected occurrences.
